From Tripiti, daily ferries depart for Ammouliani throughout the week. The journey takes 15 minutes. The ticket for passengers is €2.00, and for passenger cars, it is €10.

Larger vehicles pay a higher ticket price. It is advisable for vehicle owners to be at the Tripiti dock half an hour before departure.

Additionally, there are night trips with a speedboat that only carries passengers. The trip duration is 10 minutes. The ticket for passengers is €2.50 per trip (round trip €5.00).

Arrival

You can arrive in the area by car or by KTEL buses, either via the Thessaloniki – Uranoupolis National Road or via the Egnatia Road, exiting at the Asprovalta exit. Buses depart every two hours on average from the KTEL Halkidiki terminal located at the seventh kilometer of the Thessaloniki – Nea Moudania National Road (Tel: 2310316555).

You can reach the KTEL Halkidiki terminal in about 8 minutes by city bus No. 36, which departs from Voulgari Street (end of line 31).

Transportation within the Municipality

KTEL buses operate regular routes between the municipal districts. Typically, there is a bus every two hours in each direction. Access to the only inhabited island of Central Macedonia, Ammouliani, is via a ferry boat from Tripiti, operating from early morning until late afternoon. After that, the municipal speedboat service continues until late at night, but it cannot carry vehicles (6948627980).
