Walks in Arnaia
You have to walk in order to explore the settlement of Arnaia and acknowledge why it was granted the title of a “Historic Place” by the Ministry of Culture.
- Starting from the main square, you will need maximum 10 to 20 minutes of walking in every direction to complete a very interesting stroll.
- The Municipality has designed 6 distinct routes. They all start from the main square and lead back to it.
- The shortest in duration (10 minutes) is colored red on the map and passes through the Gerogianni square and the Kari Pazari. The longest, such as those colored green and yellow, lead to the northern ends of the historic center, as far as Chorostasi and the temple of St. Stephen.
